What Does "Sell or Share" Mean?

How We Process Your Request

Acknowledgment (within 10 business days)

We confirm receipt of your request and begin identity verification using the information you provided.

Opt-Out Processing (within 15 business days of verification)

We instruct our advertising and analytics partners — including Google and Meta — to stop processing your data for targeted advertising, to the extent technically feasible.

Confirmation (within 45 calendar days total)

We send a confirmation email to the address you provided. If an extension is needed, we will notify you before the 45-day deadline.

Ongoing Compliance

Your opt-out preference is stored and respected on future visits. We also honor

Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals automatically — no form submission required if your browser sends a GPC signal.

Authorized Agent Requests

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA opt-out request on your behalf. To process a request from an authorized agent, we require:

A signed, written permission document from you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf
Verification of the authorized agent's identity
In some cases, we may contact you directly to confirm the agent is authorized

Effect of Opting Out
